At EBH Environmental, we produce from our extensive spoil reclamation process’s, washed sands, aggregates and turf underlays. Soils that are unsuitable for landscape purposes are processed onwards as an engineered fill for industrial subdivision projects. We additionally produce sustainable construction pavement materials from our facilities concrete recycling division. These include recycled DGB/DGS base, subbase and SMZ materials. Our high-quality materials meets TfNSW specifications 3051 granular base and 3071 select material for formation layers.
Bedding Sand
A fine blend of natural and crushed glass sand, optimised for a size of less than 2.5mm. Ideal for slab-fill applications, paving, and pipe bedding, fully compliant with the EPA's recovered glass sand exemption.
DGB / DGS R1 Road Base
A robust, densely graded base material, perfect for sub and base course layers. Made from Class R1 recycled concrete with a precise nominal size of -20mm (Pi 0%), it promises durability and sustainability.
Select / SMZ
Engineered for superior subgrade replacement, this densely graded material incorporates recycled brick and concrete. Available in -20mm Council Spec or -40mm RMS Spec sizes (Pi 0%), it's tailored for resilience.
Aggregate
Our aggregates, ranging from crushed natural rock to recycled concrete, are designed with minimal fines and variable sizes (10mm/20mm for drainage, 40mm/55mm for ballast) to suit diverse construction needs, from drainage solutions to backfill applications.

Asbestos Waste
Asbestos waste means any waste that contains asbestos.
There are two types of asbestos:
Bonded asbestos: means any material (other than friable asbestos material) that contains asbestos (for example, fibro, asbestos cement sheeting, asbestos pipes)
Friable asbestos: means any material that contains asbestos and is in the form of a powder or can be crumbled, pulverised or reduced to powder by hand pressure when dry.
